Wulff, Brown

The Brown Wulff mimics brown or rust-toned mayflies like March Browns or Red Quills. It’s also an attractor-style dry that stands out in mixed hatches.

History:
Created as a variation of the classic Wulff family by using brown-dyed hair and hackle. It remains a favorite in the Northeast and is often fished in spring and early summer.
