Matches crayfish, dragonfly larvae, or caddisfly larvae. Brown is a strong all-around attractor in moving water.

History:
A favorite in the Ozarks and across the American West, this version has been used for both trout and warmwater species. Traditionally fished with split shot, the brown Woolly Worm performs well when dead-drifted or slowly stripped.
