A slim-bodied Euro-style nymph imitating small mayflies, especially Baetis or PMD nymphs, with a bright hot spot for attraction.

History:
The Frenchie originated from French competition nymphing. The “Tread” version is a modern adaptation with improved durability and contrast. One of the most popular anchor flies in Euro nymphing.
