Crackleback, Tan

The Tan Crackleback imitates tan-bodied caddisflies and small terrestrials. Its color makes it effective in clear or sunny conditions where subtlety is needed.

History:
As with other color variants, the tan version grew out of regional hatch-matching needs. It continues to be used across U.S. trout waters as a floating or swinging pattern for prospecting and caddis activity.
