Copper John Green

Imitates green caddis larvae, particularly Hydropsyche and Rhyacophila species, and also functions as a mayfly nymph.

History:
A popular variation of the original pattern, the green version remains effective during caddis-heavy periods. In its non-beadhead form, it allows for a slower, more natural drift during sensitive feeding windows.
